it’s not that simple sweetie.. Before you towel steam (which I suggest over kettle because u can hurt yourself if you aren’t a licensed pro, such as myself) you must cleanse and EXFOLIATE.. Sloughing off the dead cells will help unclog pores and you should be doing it twice a week at least.. By the way.. Use lukewarm water to cleanse and exfoliate as HOT WATER DEHYDRATES SKIN!! And please be careful towel steaming!! You should use 3 towels and they should each be draped over face in 3 minute increments.. Now you have prepped your skin and loosened up the sebum (oil) and debris in your pores… Really you should get a deep pore facial and have someone else administer your extractions, but if you must do it at home PLEASE WRAP YOUR FINGERS WITH COTTON OR TISSUE FIRST SO YOU DONT DAMAGE YOUR SKIN!! The pores on your chin forehead and nose are perpendicular to your skin but the pores on your cheeks are angled at about 35 degrees so BE CAREFUL!! There is no point in steaming your face and prepping it if you do not do this step!! You really should get a facial because of cool things like galvanic current which creates a chemical reaction with a baking soda and water solution that transforms sebum into soap!! Cool right?? Even when you ’saponify’ sebum, it still must be manually extracted.. Like I said, if you must do this at home just be careful so you don’t damage your follicles.. One more thing!! Make sure you tone the extracted area with a MILD antiseptic or the area could get infected.. After this step, you should apply the appropriate treatment mask for your skin type.. And not all masks are clay setting masks, which can be drying.. You could spot treat with a clay sulfur mask and hydrate with an aloe mask.. That’s what I would suggest.. It seems like a lot to take in I know. But if you really want to deep clean your skin, that’s how darling

i have a mate who has bought bulk whey protein powder, like a huge bag of it. he used fuck all of it cos he stopped training, this was about 2 years ago. he mentioned to me that he had it there and that he would give it to me for nothing, theres so much there it would seem a waste to throw it out. its not like its a little container of it, its a huge bag full of the shit.

but cos its 2ish years old i dont know weather its ok to consume. i have looked at heaps of forums but who knows weather anyone of the people posting replys actually knows what there talking about.

does anyone know where there might be a source on the net where there is a studied fact that its ok to consume, or not? i cant find one anywere
